How a ride with our driver works
It starts with a phone call. You tell us the date, how many hours you need the car and what the route looks like. We then suggest a specific car and price the whole job. There is no off-the-shelf rate card here, because no two bookings look the same.
On the day, the driver arrives at the agreed address ahead of time. The car is washed, fuelled and ready to go. You simply get in – no rental contract, no licence to show, no worrying about parking or about getting home.
Our drivers know Krakow, Rząska, Balice and the routes across the Małopolska region. They know where the traffic sits at 4 pm and how to reach a church or hotel entrance without circling the block. During stops the driver waits with the car and stays on the phone – just message when you are on your way down.
Discretion is part of the service. The driver does not comment and does not talk about who was in the car. What is said in the car stays in the car – whether we are driving a wedding couple, a company board or a stag group.

Private driver in Krakow – when it pays off

Prefer to drive yourself? The same fleet is available as a standard rental from around 549 PLN for 12 hours, with delivery at 3 PLN per kilometre inside Krakow and completely free delivery to Kraków Airport (Balice). Self-drive requires a driver aged 18 or over holding a category B licence, and full insurance is included. With a chauffeur the arrangement is different – we agree the amount up front.
