More often it goes like this: there is a wedding, an important guest landing at the airport or a two-day company event, and the car simply has to be in the right place at the right hour. That is what a concierge is for – we run the job from the first phone call to collecting the car once it is over.

What the concierge service covers

We start from the occasion, not the model. You tell us what is happening – a wedding, a client flying in, a photo shoot, a birthday, a weekend in the mountains – how many people are travelling and what hours the car is needed. On that basis we suggest a specific car or a few options to choose from. If you have no preference, you can leave the decision to us.

We deliver the car where it is needed: to a home, hotel, wedding venue, office or airport terminal. Delivery inside Krakow costs 3 PLN per kilometre, outside Krakow 5 PLN, and delivery to Kraków Airport (Balice) is free. Collection after the rental can be arranged at a different address if that suits you better.

For larger occasions we coordinate several cars at once. Three cars outside the church at the same hour, a pair of cars for a photo shoot, or moving guests between venues – we set the order, the times and the delivery points so nothing drifts out of sync.

If nobody on your side is going to drive, we add a chauffeur. In that case no driving licence is required from you, and the car with a driver arrives at the address you give us at the agreed hour. That service is described in full on our chauffeur page.

Car rental with a concierge service in Krakow

A car concierge earns its place when the rental is only one part of a bigger plan. For a wedding, what matters is that the car is outside the bride's house at a specific hour, not that somebody drives across the city to fetch it. When a guest flies in from abroad, the car should be waiting at the terminal as they walk out of arrivals. In both cases the hard part is not choosing a model – it is the logistics, and that is exactly the part we take over.

We choose the car by starting with the occasion. For weddings and photo shoots the Mercedes-AMG GT63s, Audi RS5, BMW M550i, Alfa Romeo Giulia Q4 and the V8 Chevrolet Camaro SS look the part. For a stag weekend or pure driving we suggest the Audi RS3, BMW M2 and the Volkswagen Golf 8R and 7R. For business travel and collecting guests there is the BMW 740Ld, Audi A6, Jaguar F-PACE and Alfa Romeo Stelvio, while a larger group with luggage fits into the Mercedes V-Class.

We deliver across Poland, though most of our work is in Krakow and the surrounding area. Delivery to an address inside Krakow costs 3 PLN per kilometre, outside Krakow 5 PLN, and delivery to Kraków Airport (Balice) is completely free – our base in Rząska sits 3 km from the terminal. Collection at the end of the rental can be arranged at a completely different address from the handover, which for weddings and events is usually more convenient.

For bookings involving several cars we build a schedule: which model, at what time, to which address. That way the cars do not all arrive at once and none is missing at the hour that matters. If something shifts along the way – and at weddings something almost always shifts – one phone call is enough to move the times.

The formalities stay the same: self-drive rentals require a driver aged 18 or over with a category B licence, full insurance is included in the price, and a second driver can be added to the contract for 200 PLN. Rental prices start at around 549 PLN for 12 hours and reach about 1699 PLN for 12 hours for the most expensive models. Delivery and any chauffeur time are quoted separately, depending on the route and the hours. Concierge service questions

Is there an extra charge for the concierge service?

Matching the car and arranging the details costs nothing. You pay for the rental, for delivery at the per-kilometre rate and, if you want one, for the driver. Everything is quoted before you book.

I do not know which car to choose. Can you help?

That is what we are here for. Tell us the occasion, how many people are travelling and the hours you need the car, and we will suggest a specific model or a few options.

Can you deliver several cars at once?

Can I return the car somewhere other than where I collected it?

Yes. The return point is agreed when you book, and that is when we price the transfer to collect it.

Does the concierge service include a driver?

Yes, if you would rather not drive. In that case your own licence is not needed, and we price the service individually – it depends on the car, the number of hours and the route.

How far in advance should I get in touch?

The earlier the better, especially in the wedding season and at weekends. We do sometimes arrange bookings at a day's notice – call and we will check availability.
