Terms & conditions

To keep our cars in top condition, here are a few rules we ask you to follow while using them.

Return the vehicle refuelled and clean, in the same condition as at handover.

Keep the vehicle’s fluids topped up (check and, if necessary, refill fluids, in particular engine oil, brake fluid and coolant).

The car is under constant GPS monitoring – the renter must observe the messages and warnings issued by the company’s monitoring centre and the lessor regarding use of the vehicle.

Maintain the vehicle in good visual and technical condition (wash the car by hand only).

Follow the rules in the car’s manual, above all cooling and warming up the oil and other components (gearbox, engine, differential) before and after every drive.

Do not exceed 3500 rpm until the oil reaches a temperature of at least 80°C.

Smoking, transporting animals and carrying similar substances that may damage the upholstery are not allowed in the vehicle.

Inform the lessor about every warning light and every message shown on the dashboard.

Use only Pb98/100 petrol, or diesel in the case of diesel-engined vehicles.

Refuel only at stations of brands such as Orlen, BP and Shell.

Observe speed limits and comply with traffic regulations.

Do not carry more passengers or a greater load than stated in the vehicle registration document, whether occasionally or as planned.

Do not use the rented vehicle to tow or jump-start other vehicles.

Do not transport corrosive or soiling materials, or items with sharp edges that could damage or dirty the vehicle.

Do not transport materials, substances or items whose possession is prohibited by law.

If replaceable parts are damaged, the renter is required to settle the value of the damage when returning the car.

In the event of a total loss, the renter undertakes to pay the difference between the value of the car and the amount paid out by the insurer.
